During construction, Uncompahgre Engineering can act as a representative for the Owner and make sure that the plans are constructed properly and within budget.  Unforeseen obstacles are often encountered and it may be necessary to have someone on the ground to evaluate or re-design, as necessary, to keep the project moving forward.
